How this started
It started in a group chat
Locum work in Malaysia runs on Telegram and WhatsApp. A clinic types out a shift, a hundred doctors skim it, and whoever happens to be holding their phone replies first. Good slots scroll away in minutes, and the same questions get asked every time.
So before building anything, we read ~150 real posts from a Selangor/KL locum group and pulled them apart field by field. Nearly every one demanded an APC. Most shouted URGENT. Most buried the incentives somewhere in the middle. None of it was searchable.
LocumMY is that same information kept as fields instead of prose — and a way to apply that doesn't reward whoever refreshed fastest.
